Prakash Industries Ltd, one of the major steel producers in Central India, has recently filed its FY’21 performance report with BSE. Highlights of the company’s iron ore mining performance in FY’21:
- The total volume of iron ore mined from the Sirkaguttu mines in Odisha stands at 0.47 mn t.
- Company has received approval for an iron ore mining lease at Kabirdham district (Kawardha) in Chhattisgarh.
Going forward, ramp up in iron ore mining is expected to boost the company’s steel margins.
