A Gujarat-based power transmission company, which auctions different grades of scrap from its facilities located across India, held an auction of 431 t of melting scrap on 5 Aug’22. Out of the total quantity, the company sold around 250 t of MS Scrap (Angles less than 1 meters, bullets and plasma cut plates) at INR 45,550-45,750/t and 98 t of mixed lot of galvanise scrap and tower parts at INR 44,550/t exw-Raipur.
