A Gujarat-based power transmission company, which regularly auctions different grades of scrap from its facilities located all over India, held an auction on 30 Sep’22. The company sold 150 t of mild steel (MS) end-cutting scrap at INR 42,200/t, 50 t of plasma cut plate scrap at INR 42,100/t and 55 t of rolling scrap – 10 mm and above thickness (Plates and Angles) at INR 47,400/t exw.
