Merchant Pig iron producer Neo Metaliks based in Durgapur, West Bengal has raised offers by INR 1,000/t on 13 Jan’22 to INR 44,000/t compared with deals at INR 43,000/t exw concluded yesterday. Pig iron offers in the domestic market remained strong on rising steel prices and higher coke prices. Domestic met coke offers rose by INR 5,000-5,500/t, m-o-m, in Jan.
