Imported pet coke prices into India rose by $10-15/t w-o-w to $175-180/t CFR India. Indian pet coke demand has gained momentum with monsoons coming to an end. In addition, planned maintenance of BPCL’s Kochi refinery (supplying 100,000 t of pet coke/month) and the recent Russian thermal coal deal concluded in the similar range contributed to the price rise.
