India: Pellet prices inch down in Bellary, Karnataka

Iron ore pellet (Fe 63%) prices in Bellary inched down to INR 10,000/t exw today as against INR 10,200/t on 26 April, as per SteelMint assessment.

• Deals for 4,000 t were confirmed in this publishing window at around INR 10,000-10,200/t exw.
• Pellet-based sponge iron, P-DRI, prices rebounded to INR 37,000/t exw as against INR 36,050/t on 26 April. This may support pellet offers in the near term.
