Pellet (Fe63%) prices in Bellary, Karnataka fell by INR 150/t to INR 10,400/t exw on 18 Jun’24 compared to 14 June. Deals of around 27,000 t were concluded at INR 10,300-10,700/t in this publishing window. Low finished steel demand and drop in sponge prices weighed on pellet prices in Bellary. However, sponge iron (P-DRI) prices dropped by INR 500/t w-o-w to INR 27,000/t exw today.
