HR strip (patra) prices remained stable in the Raipur market on 31 Dec’21. Current offers for base grade patra (148-200 mm, 2mm thick) are assessed at INR 48,000/t exw-Raipur, Meanwhile, prices are assessed at INR 49,900/t exw-Mandi Gobindgarh, down by INR 100/t d-o-d. Prices do not include GST at 18%. “Sales were slow amid the year-end holidays”, a Raipur-based mill source shared.
