HR strip (patra) prices increased marginally by INR 100/t in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, today on improved demand in the domestic market. Current offers for base grade patra (148-200 mm, 2mm thick) are assessed at INR 62,600/t exw Mandi and INR 61,500/t exw Raipur – marginally down by INR 100/t d-o-d. SteelMint reported patra prices in Raipur at INR 62,000/t and at INR 62,200/t in Mandi last week, excluding GST.
