HR strip (patra) prices declined by INR 1,100/t in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and INR 700/t in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab on 22 Apr’22 owing to subdued sales in the domestic market. Current offers for base grade patra (148-200 mm, 2mm thick) are at INR 61,300/t exw Raipur and INR 63,000/t exw Mandi. Last week, patra prices were at INR 61,700/t in Raipur and INR 62,200 in Mandi, excluding GST.
