HR strip (patra) prices dropped INR 1,200/t ($16/) in Raipur and INR 800/t ($8/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh d-o-d due to lack of buying interest. After today’s assessment, base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices are at INR 59,500/t ($779/t) exw Raipur and INR 61,000/t ($798/t) exw Mandi, excluding GST.
