India: Patra prices drop by INR 500/t in Raipur, Chhattisgarh

HR strip (patra) prices decreased by INR 500/t in Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 30 Mar’22 on dull demand in the domestic market. Current offers for base grade patra (148-200 mm, 2mm thick) are assessed at INR 60,500/t exw Raipur and INR 62,500/t exw Mandi – marginally down by INR 100/t d-o-d. SteelMint reported patra prices in Raipur at INR 63,000/t and INR 63,500/t in Mandi last week excluding GST.
