India: Over 55,000 t of iron ore to be auctioned from Karnataka

Karnataka miners will auction around 58,395 t of iron ore:

• U Krishna Prasad: 4,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 58.11%) and 14,395-t fines (Fe 58.41-61.63%) at base prices of INR 4,150/t and INR 2,950-4,050/t on 20 Mar’26.
• NMDC Donimalai: 40,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 55%) on 18 Mar.
• Prices are inclusive of royalty, DMF, and NMET for U Krishna Prasad, whereas NMDC’s exclude all these charges.
