JSW Steel Ltd held an auction for 98,750 t of iron ore fines (Fe 54%) from its Jajang mines at Odisha on 17 Sep’24. As per sources, only 39,500 t of fines were booked at the base price of INR 1,400/t. Prices were on ex-mines/plot basis and inclusive of royalty, DMF, and NMET.
