India: Over 340,000 t of iron ore to be auctioned from Karnataka

Karnataka is set to auction 344,000 t of iron ore.

• NMDC Kumaraswamy: 96,000 t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 64.74-65.04%) and 224,000 t fines (Fe 59.95-65.94%) on 31 Aug’24. Floor prices are yet to be declared.
• SKMEPL: 24,000 t lumps (5-40 mm, Fe 61.31-64.45%) on 3 Sep’24. Floor prices have been set at INR 6,000-6,200/t (including royalty, DMF, and NMET).
