Karnataka State Minerals Corp. Ltd. (KSMCL) had scheduled an auction for 119,312 tonnes (t) of iron ore lumps (Fe 52.07-59.31%) and fines (Fe 55.55-62.15%) today from its Thimmappanagudi iron ore mine in Karnataka. Out of the total quantity, only 31,217 t (26%) fines was booked at INR 2,282-2,430/t ex-mines excluding royalty, DMF and NMET.
