Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) conducted an auction for 22,500 t of iron ore CLO ( 10-40 mm, Fe 62.5%) from its Bolani mines in Odisha on 22 Jan’25. According to sources, entire quantity of CLO got booked at INR 6,300/t against the base price of INR 5,800/t. Notably, bid prices were higher by INR 500/t. Price is on FOR loaded into rake basis, including royalty, DMF, NMET & extra premium.
