Karnataka is set to auction around 188,000 t of iron ore.
- Vedanta: 44,000 t of iron ore lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 53.5-55%) on 16 May’24 from its A.Narrain mines.
- NMDC Kumaraswamy: 48,000 t of iron ore lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 63.44%) and 96,000 t of fines (Fe 60.29-62.01%) from its Kumaraswamy iron ore mines on 18 May’24.
- The floor prices for both the auctions are yet to be announced.
