R Praveen Chandra auctioned 15,400 t of iron ore lumps from Chitradurga, Karnataka, on 20 May’25. The entire quantity was sold at an average of 6% premium. Around 7,700 t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 57.5%) was sold at INR 5,512/t against the base price of INR 5,200/t. Another 7,700 t (6-30 mm, Fe 57.5%) was booked at INR 5,618/t against the base price of INR 5,300/t. Prices include royalty, DMF & NMET.
