OMDC had an auction for 40,000 t of iron ore fines (0-10 mm, Fe 58-60%) from Bhadrasahi iron and manganese ore mines in Odisha on 30 Mar’24. The entire quantity of iron ore fines got booked at INR 1,732/t against the base price of INR 1,600/t. Notably, bids were higher by around INR 132/t. Prices are on ex-mines basis and exclusive of royalty, DMF and NMET.
