Indian chrome ore miner, OMC has scheduled an auction of the unsold chrome ore from the previous auction on 17 May ’21. The entire lot of 7,000t is from Sukrangi mines and the base price is reduced by around 7.5% in line with the falling ferro chrome prices. Few producers remarked that the chrome ore prices are still quite high considering the down-trending ferro chrome market.
