OMC will auction approximately 67,300 t of chrome ore from the South Kaliapani and Sukrangi mines on May 21, 2024. The quantity offered has decreased by 2,300 tons, with base prices reduced by 4-5% (INR 385-984/t) m-o-m for all grades, likely due to a decline in ferro chrome prices seen in May. Additionally, around 5,900 tons of lumps and fines (32-42%) will be offered from the Bangur mines.
