State-owned miner Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) has scheduled its next iron ore e-auction on 11 Jun’21. The material to be put under the hammer is Fe 64-62% grade iron ore fines from OMC’s Daitari mines. The total quantity has been fixed at 24,000 t. The floor price of the material is likely to be decided today, sources shared with SteelMint. OMC emerged as the largest merchant miner in Odisha in FY’21 with 13.30 mn t of production against 12.38 mn t in FY’20-a growth of 7% year-on-year.
