State-owned miner OMC has hiked the base price for its upcoming chrome ore auction on 16 Feb’23. The base price has been increased by 17% over the previous auction on 17 Jan due to increasing ferro chrome and imported chrome ore prices. As per SteelMint’s assessment, domestic ferro chrome prices increased by 13% as on 9 Feb’23 against prices on 5 Jan’23.
