India: OMC to auction 0.1 MnT Iron Ore from Koira Mines

Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) has scheduled an e-auction for 100,000 MT Iron ore (75,000 MT lump and 25,000 MT fines) from its Koira mines on 25 Feb’15.

State-owned miner, Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) is to auction 100,000 MT Iron ore comprising of 75,000 MT lump and 25,000 MT fines from its Koira (Odisha) mines. The company had auctioned Iron ore from its Koira mines in the e-auction conducted on 27 Oct, 2014.

It is noticeable that OMC has reduced its base price of both lump & fines by 20% in comparison with its previous e-auction.

OMC to auction 257,000 MT Iron Ore today: OMC is to auction 99,000 MT lump and 158,000 MT fines through MSTC from its mines namely Barbil, Gandhamardan and Daitari region of Odisha.
