Odisha based major merchant miners continue to hold same iron ore prices as of now. Most of the market sources highlighted that there are less chances of price revision in the coming days owing to upcoming festive holidays.
However few of them are expecting price revision in the coming days. C-DRI prices in eastern India have come down by INR 200-500/MT W-o-W.
OMC’s iron ore e-auction conducted on 04 Oct’17 fetched very good response with nearly 80% of the material getting booked. Koira lump received bids higher by INR 50/MT against the base price of INR 2,650/MT while for the other mines bids remained flat at base price.
Major merchant miners in Odisha have kept prices unchanged throughout last month.
