An Odisha based merchant miner has sold around 50,000 t iron ore fines (Fe 62%) recently, at INR 2,600/t ex-mines, credible sources shared with SteelMint. Iron ore prices in Odisha have rallied in past two months as majority of auctioned mine blocks are yet to resume production.
