Vedanta-Electrosteel Steels’ (ESL’s) iron ore auction from Odisha held on 21 Mar’23 did not get any response, sources informed. About 50,000 t of lumps (10-40mm, Fe 61%) and 50,000 t of fines (Fe61%) from Nadidih’s BICO and Feegrade mines were offered for sale. The floor price for lumps was INR 6,800/t and for fines was INR 6,050/t, inclusive of royalty, DMF and NMET.
