U Krishna Prasad had conducted an auction for sale of 24,000 t of iron ore fines (Fe59.02-61.67%) and 4,000 t of lumps (10-40mm, Fe61.77%) on 23 Mar’23 from Karnataka’s Bellary district. The entire quantity remained unsold due to no takers. The floor price for fines was at INR 3,475-4,005/t and that of lumps at INR 4,225/t, including royalty, DMF, and NMET.
