India’s leading iron ore miner NMDC has produced 3.06 mn t of iron ore in Aug’21, stable on a monthly basis, SteelMint learnt from the company’s BSE filing. However, sales fell by 12%, m-o-m, to 2.91 mn t in Aug. NMDC is India’s largest iron ore miner, with output of more than 34 mn t in FY’21 from its mines in Chhattisgarh and Karnataka.
