India: NMDC’s iron ore production, sales rise m-o-m in Oct’22

NMDC, India’s largest iron ore miner, produced 3.53 mnt of raw material in Oct’22, up by 29% from 2.73 mnt in September.
However, cumulative production in Apr-Oct’22 declined by 6% to 19.71 mnt compared to 21.04 mnt in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, iron ore sales inched up by 6% m-o-m to 3.09 mnt in Oct’22.
