India: NMDC’s iron ore production rises over 25% y-o-y to 15.1 mnt in Q1FY’27

NMDC’s iron ore output touched 5.15 mnt in Jun’26, falling by 3% from 5.31 mnt in May. Y-o-y, production rose by 44% against 3.57 mnt in Jun’25
Iron ore sales inched down by 1% to 3.98 mnt in June against 4.04 mnt in May. Sales increased by 11% y-o-y against 3.58 mnt in Jun’25.
Meanwhile, in Apr-Jun’26, cumulative production increased by 26% to 15.1 mnt as against 11.99 mnt in the year-ago period.
