  • India’s top iron ore miner NMDC’s production stood at 4.56 mnt in Jan’22, up 15% m-o-m from 3.95 mnt in Dec.
  • Production in Apr-Jan’22 stood at 32.88 mnt, higher by 28% y-o-y compared to 25.66 mnt in the year-ago period.
  • Sales, too, increased by 25% on the month to 4.24 mnt in Jan.
