NMDC conducted an auction for 40,000 t of iron ore pellets (6-16 mm, Fe 63%) from its Donimalai pellet plant in Bellary on 6 Jun’24. As per sources, out of the total quantity, 15,000 t of pellets was booked at INR 9,810/t against the base price of INR 9,800/t. Prices are ex-pellet plant (FOT) basis, excluding taxes.
