India: NMDC to auction over 320,000 t of iron ore from Chhattisgarh

NMDC will auction 321,600-t iron ore from Chhattisgarh on 21 Nov’24.

• Bacheli: 47,300-t DRCLO (10-40 mm, Fe 67%), 197,800-t fines (Fe 64%), 12,000-t Baila-sized lumps (10-20 mm, Fe 65.5%)
• Kirandul: 64,500-t ROM (10-150 mm, Fe 65.5%)

In NMDC’s 7 Nov’24 auction, 34,400-t DRCLO were booked at INR 8,094/t, 12,000-t lumps at INR 7,050/t (both from Bacheli), and 4,300-t ROM at INR 5,920/t (from Kirandul). Prices were FOR based, including royalty, DMF, NMET.
