NMDC Steel Limited, Nagarnar, conducted a crude coal tar auction of 2,500 t on 31 Jul’25, which was rescheduled from 30 Jul’25. The entire quantity was sold at a weighted average price of INR 36,850/t ex-works. The result represents an increase of INR 850/t compared to the auction for 2,500 t on 24 Jul’25, where the weighted average price stood at INR 36,000/t ex-works.
