India: NMDC iron ore output registers 12% y-o-y growth in Sep’20

NMDC reported 12% y-o-y growth to 1.83 mn t in its iron ore production in the month of Sep’20, as compared to 1.64 mn t in Sep’19. The company’s iron ore sales increased by 10.4% to 2.11 mn t as against 1.91 mn t over the same period last year. Total iron ore output and sales of NMDC during H1 FY’21 stood at 12.24 mnt and 12.91 mn t, respectively, as mentioned in the company release.
