Southern India (Karnataka) based – NMDC Donimalai has cut base price for pellets from its Donimalai pellet plant. Current offers for Fe 64% pellets are at at INR 5,500/t for a quantity of 39,000 t on advance payment basis. The price validity is till 19th July’20. Rake loading can be arranged at an extra cost of INR 105/t (including GST).
— Prior to this the Company had last floated pellet offers in June 20. The offer was at INR 6,000/t (FoT basis).
–NMDC Ltd is operating a 1.2 MnT pa capacity pellet plant located at Donimalai, Karnataka.
— Towards the end of last week SteelMint’s assessment for southern India (Bellary based pellet makers for Fe 63% grade pellet were assessed at around INR 5,500-5,800/t (ex-plant, GST extra), down by INR 300-600/t m-o-m.
