- Nalco increased primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) prices marginally by 1% on 25 May against 19 May 2022. The effective price stands at INR 259,300/t ($3,342/t).
- The LME aluminium price was recorded at $2,861/t in today’s morning session, up $32/t against $2,829/t the previous trading day. However, prices remained almost stable w-o-w.
- Nalco has a production capacity of around 400,000 t per annum of aluminium and accounts for 9-10% of India’s market share.
