The Mysore Paper Mills based in Karnataka again invites tender for procurement of sized imported Indonesian Steam Coal from ready stock available from any Indian port.
Coal mine owners or their authorized agents or Indian importers can participate; they have to quote full tender quantity.
General Conditions
- Coal unloading at mill’s site will be by purchaser, at own cost
- The order may be increased or decreased by 25% at the same price, terms & conditions during the validity of order/contract, subjected to mutual acceptance
- Purchaser reserves the right to release more than one order for its requirements
- Supplier to quote prices in per MT on FOR destination (MPM Railway Exchange Yard by rail movement) basis in the Indian Currency. All break-up prices shall be indicated in INR

- Total Moisture (ARB): 25-28% max

The company is inviting second time bid for purchase of Steam Coal. Company’s tender notification number: 0205-14: FMT: PCO dated 05 May, 2014 was for 25,000 MT Coal going to close on 05 Jun, 2014.
