On 18 Oct’24, MOIL and Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation signed a draft joint venture agreement at the MP Mining Conclave, with MOIL holding 51% of shares and MPSMCL 49%. This collaboration aims to enhance manganese ore mining and value-addition projects in Madhya Pradesh, leveraging the state’s rich manganese reserves to drive economic growth and support the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision.
