General Conditions
- In case of delivery into trucks/wagons, it shall be arranged by buyers and freight shall also be payable by them
- MMTC reserves the right to withdraw/review this price circular at any time without assigning any reason
- Buyer may inspect the cargo at Vizag port before purchasing the material
- The cargo is offered on load port result basis that shall be final and binding on the purchaser
