In a confirmed deal, 15,000 tonnes of met coke (BF grade, 25-90mm, 64% CSR) has been sold at INR 58,000/t delivered to plant in Gujarat. Domestic coke prices increased this week by about INR 5,000/t in line with a steep rise in coking coal prices. Meanwhile, offers are now being heard at around INR 62,000/t in the western part of the country.
