In a deal heard by CoalMint, 3,000 t (64% CSR, 25-90mm) of BF-grade coke has been sold at INR 44,500/t exy-Bellary, Karnataka. Coke prices in India have fallen by INR 8,000-10,000/t in a month’s time amid bearish steel demand sentiments and a plunge in Australian coking coal prices.
