In a confirmed deal, 50,000 t met coke (65% CSR and 12.5% ash) export deal to European steel mill has been concluded at $760/t FOB India basis for August shipment. Shipments for June are being offered at higher rates of $800/t. Indian sellers have been active in the exports market, especially post- the Russia-Ukraine crisis that led to a ban on Russian coal imports into Europe.
