In a confirmed deal, 45,000 t of met coke will be exported to Japan in Mar’22 at $550/t FOB east coast India. The export market has become lucrative for Indian sellers as domestic met coke prices have not risen much. China’s met coke export offers are heard at $550/t FOB levels, although no export deal from China has been confirmed yet.
