Iron ore miners in Odisha such as Rungta Mines & Indrani Patnaik have kept their Iron ore offers unchanged for March owing to stable demand and increase in supply.
Iron ore prices are reviewed twice in a month, but there is no change in Iron ore prices since last two month.
A source said, “There is demand for Iron ore in the market but unable to supply because of the state government rule of selling 50% Iron ore within state and 50% outside state. The demand for Iron ore is not too strong within the state, which restricted miners to increase the price.”
