In a few locations, scrap prices increased marginally due to limited availability despite a correction in semi-finished steel prices. A nominal correction was observed in the Gujarat market as prices slipped owing to softening raw steel prices. Scrap prices in the coming days may remain volatile, as per SteelMint assessment.
