Melting scrap prices today witnessed a hike of around INR 400/t on limited offers in Mandi Gobindgarh, Northern region owing to limited scrap availability and supportive semi-finished price movement. Meanwhile, scrap prices in most of the markets in Gujarat and Maharashtra, Western region remained stable on usual procurement.
