Melting scrap prices in Gujarat’s Alang market increased by INR 100/t today. Heavy melting scrap(HMS 80:20) prices are assessed at INR 40,600/t exy, while attachment prices are at INR 41,600/t exy. Sellers raised their offers a little due to moderate transactions in semis and finished steel in yesterday’s trading session.
